瘢痕子宫早期妊娠实施超声引导下行无痛人工流产术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下行无痛人工流产术在瘢痕子宫早期妊娠中的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月江西省鹰潭市妇幼保健院收治的90例瘢痕子宫早期妊娠患者作为研究对象,按照盲选方法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。研究组患者采用超声引导下行无痛人工流产术,对照组患者采用常规无痛人工流产术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症总发生率以及术后二次清宫率。结果研究组患者的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术后并发症总发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术后二次清宫率为2.22%,低于对照组的15.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下行无痛人工流产术是一种操作简单,安全有效的手术方式,值得在临床积极推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided painless artificial abortion in early pregnancy of scar uterus.Methods A total of 90 cases of early pregnancy patients with scar uterus who admitted to Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Jiangxi Province from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the research group and the control group according to the blind selection method,with 45 cases in each group.The research group used ultrasound guided painless artificial abortion,and the control group used conventional painless artificial abortion.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,total incidence of postoperative complications and the rate of secondary sterilization postoperative were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.77%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of secondary sterilization postoperative in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than 15.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided painless artificial abortion is a simple,safe and effective operation method,which is worthy of active promotion and application in clinical practice.
