摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理在高龄高危前列腺增生(BPH)并膀胱结石患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月广东省肇庆市第二人民院收治的80例高龄高危BPH合幷膀胱结石患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予FTS护理,观察两组的术后恢复情况、疼痛情况和焦虑情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后,观察组的持续膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3 d,观察组的视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FTS护理可有效缩短前列腺电切联合膀胱碎石患者的术后恢复时间,缓解患者疼痛,改善其焦虑状态,并降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of fast-track surgery(FTS)nursing on perioperative period in elderly patients with high-risk prostate hyperplasia(BPH)and bladder stones.Methods A total of eighty elderly patients with high-risk BPH and bladder stones admitted to Zhaoqing Second People′s Hospital,Guangdong Province from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given FTS nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,pain,anxiety and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the operation,the duration of bladder flushing,urinary indwelling time,first time to get out of bed,first exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%,lower than that in the control group of 32.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after the operation,the visual pain analogue scale(VAS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with BPH combined with bladder lithotripsy,relieve patients′pain,improve their anxiety state,and reduce the incidence of complications.
