摘  要:通过12组216个100 mm×100 mm×100 mm非标准混凝土试块对不同掺量铁尾矿砂和再生骨料再生混凝土性能进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:混凝土抗压强度随着再生粗骨料、铁尾矿砂掺量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;当再生粗骨料掺量为30%时,混凝土抗压强度达到最大值,其值为38.34 MPa。同时,在铁尾矿砂取代率为30%时,水化程度最大,铁尾矿砂对于硬化体系堆积填充作用最为明显,使混凝土内部结构更加密实。并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对再生混凝土不同龄期时的形貌、密实性、水化产物等微观结构进行分析。The performance of recycled concrete with different amounts of iron tailings and recycled aggregates was experimentally studied by using 216100 mm×100 mm×100 mm non-standard concrete blocks of 12 groups.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate and iron tailings.When the recycled coarse aggregate content is 30%,the compressive strength of concrete reaches its maximum value,which is 38.34 MPa.At the same time,when the replacement rate of iron tailings is 30%,the degree of hydration is the greatest.Iron tailings play the most obvious role in the accumulation and filling of hardening system,which makes the internal structure of concrete more compact.The morphology,compactness and hydration products of recycled concrete at different ages were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
