摘　　要：将HCSA膨胀剂作为核心稳定材料,对比传统UEA膨胀剂及无掺对照组,按设计规程分别制备所需试验用混凝土试块。通过对钢管桩混凝土检测物化性能、抗压强度、限制膨胀率,研究HCSA掺入量对高强自密实钢管桩混凝土性能的影响,探究最佳膨胀剂掺量。综合各项试验结果分析,配制C50微膨胀自密实钢管柱混凝土时掺入一定比例HCSA(建议选定10%掺入量)可有效增加微膨胀性能,同时维持较好流动及抗离析性,在加入适量矿粉的情况下,还可以有效解决钢管柱混凝土的脱空问题。HCSA expansion agent is used as the core stable material,and compared with traditional UEA expansion agent and non admixture expansion agent,the required concrete test blocks are prepared according to the design specifications.Through the test and detection of concrete physical and chemical performance,compressive strength and limited expansion rate under the constraint of steel pipe pile,the influence of HCSA expansion agent content on the concrete performance of high-strength self compacting steel pipe pile is studied,and the optimal expansion agent content is explored.According to the analysis of various test results,adding a certain proportion of HCSA expansion agent(10%of which is selected this time)to C50 micro expansion self compacting steel tube column concrete can effectively increase the micro expansion performance,while maintaining good flow and anti segregation,adding a certain amount of mineral powder can keep the volume of concrete stable and qualitative,so that the problem of"void"of steel tube column concrete can be properly solved.
