摘 要:为系统全面地研究3种反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)的分子链结构组成、结晶度等对改性天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响,通过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)和差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对杜仲胶(简称EUG)、本体法TPI(简称B-TPI)和溶液法TPI(简称S-TPI)的微观结构和结晶性能进行测试分析。结果表明:它们均以反式-1,4-结构为主,含量大于97%,同时含有少量的顺式-1,4-结构,含量低于2%,其中,B-TPI和S-TPI还含有微量的3,4-结构,含量在0.3%左右;EUG的结晶度最高,为46.87%,B-TPI结晶度为27.68%,S-TPI的结晶度为32.93%。然后分别与天然橡胶(NR)共混,考察了3种不同的TPI/NR共混胶与NR硫化胶之间各项性能的差异,结果表明:EUG/NR共混胶在拉伸和耐磨耗性能方面相较于NR硫化胶有所降低,但在耐屈挠疲劳性能方面有一定的提升;而B-TPI/NR和S-TPI/NR共混胶在拉伸性能相较于NR硫化胶有所降低,但在耐磨耗和耐屈挠疲劳性能方面有了明显的提升,尤其以S-TPI/NR的提升效果最佳。In order to study the effects of the molecular chain structure composition and crystallinity of three TPI on the properties of modified NR comprehensively,the microstructure and crystallization properties of eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG),bulk polymerized TPI(B-TPI)and solution polymerized TPI(S-TPI)were analyzed by~1H NMR and DSC.The results showed that they were mainly in the trans-1,4-structures,and the contents were more than 97%and also contained a small amount of cis-1,4-structures with a ratio of less than 2%.Among them,B-TPI and S-TPI also contained a small amount of 3,4-structure with a ratio of about 0.3%;the crystallinity of EUG is the highest at 46.87%,27.68%for B-TPT,and 32.93%for S-TPI.Then they were blended with natural rubber(NR)respectively,and the differences in performance between as-prepared three different TPI/NR blends and NR vulcanizates were investigated in detail.The results showed that:Compared with NR vulcanizate,the tensile properties and abrasion resistance of EUG/NR hybrid rubber were reduced,but there was a certain improvement in flexural fatigue resistance;and compared with NR vulcanizates,the tensile properties of B-TPI/NR and S-TPI/NR blends were reduced,but the wear resistance and flex fatigue resistance were significantly improved,especially the improvement of S-TPI/NR was the best.
