摘　　要：焦油渣是焦化厂在制焦生产工艺过程中产生的吸附大量煤焦油的黏稠状固体废渣,含有大量对人体有害的有机挥发分。其中,苯并芘等有害成分是国际公认的强致癌物。如何绿色环保地对焦油渣进行处理,更好地利用焦油渣使其变废为宝,已经是目前摆在焦化厂面前的一道难题。本文通过对焦油渣进行一系列的预处理,并利用循环流化床锅炉对一部分固态分离物进行掺烧,能够回收部分热值,而且燃烧过程不会产生新的有害物质,这是一条切实可行的焦油渣处理新途径。Tar slag is a viscous solid waste produced during the coking production process of a coking plant that absorbs a large amount of coal tar,and contains a large amount of organic volatiles harmful to the human body.Among them,harmful ingredients such as benzopyrene are internationally recognized strong carcinogens.How to treat the tar residue in a green and environmentally friendly manner and make better use of the tar residue to turn waste into treasure is a difficult problem facing the coking plant.In this paper,a series of pretreatments are carried out on the tar residue,and a part of the solid separation is mixed and burned by a circulating fluidized bed boiler,which can recover part of the calorific value,moreover,the combustion process will not produce new harmful substances,which is a practical new way to treat tar residue.
