摘　　要：生态红线是维护我国国土生态安全,保护人居环境,保障生物多样性的生态用地及物种数量的最小值。严格开展生态红线区域管控,可以遏制生态功能退化,改善环境质量,促进经济持续稳定发展。本文首先阐述了生态保护红线划定的理论及方法,然后分析射阳县生态红线区域划分基本情况及存在的问题,最后给出具体的整改与保障措施,希望为从业者提供一些有益的参考。The ecological red line is the minimum value of ecological land and species quantity to maintain ecological security of China,protect living environment and safeguard biodiversity.Strict management and control of ecological red lines can curb ecological degradation,improve environmental quality and promote sustained and stable economic development.This paper first expounds the theory and method of delineating the ecological protection red line,then analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of Sheyang County’s ecological red line division,and finally gives specific rectification and safeguard measures,hoping to provide some useful references for practitioners.
