金匮肾气丸与补中益气丸联用对自然衰老C57小鼠运动及代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的观察金匮肾气丸与补中益气丸联用对老年C57小鼠运动能力及体重、血糖和不同部位体温的调节作用。方法以自然衰老小鼠为模型,将其分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予金匮肾气丸10 mg和补中益气丸5 mg,对照组给予同等剂量的纯净水。4 w后,通过平衡杆、爬杆、悬挂和旷场试验观察老年小鼠运动能力变化,检测小鼠体重、血糖和不同部位体温的变化情况。结果随着年龄的增长,对照组体重下降,血糖升高,四肢体温逐渐降低;而金贵肾气丸与补中益气丸联用能维持体重和血糖恒定,四肢体温明显提高,存活时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸与补中益气丸联用可提高小鼠的运动能力及代谢水平,延长小鼠的寿命。Objective To observe the regulation of the combination of JinkuiShenqi pills and BuzhongYiqi pills on the exercise capacity,body weight,blood glucose and different region temperature in aging C57 mice.Methods Natural aging mice models were established and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given JinkuiShenqi pills 10 mg and BuzhongYiqi pills 5 mg,the control group was given the equal dose of purified water.After 4 weeks,the changes of the exercise capacity in aging mice were observed through balance bar test,climbing bar test,suspension test and open field test,and the changes in body weight,blood glucose and different region temperature were detected.Results With the increase of age,body weight decreased,blood glucose increased,and limb temperature gradually decreased in the control group(P<0.05);while the combination of JinkuiShenqi pills and BuzhongYiqi pills could keep body weight and blood glucose stable,and make limb temperature increase significantly,furthermore,the survival time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of JinkuiShenqi pills and BuzhongYiqi pills could improve the exercise capacity,metabolism and prolong life span of old mice.
