摘 要:本文借助森的可行能力的概念,描述一个贫困村在外来者第一书记的引导下,通过活跃村庄生活、组织村民参与村庄事务、村务活动等形式,形塑了村庄秩序,激活了村民的潜在可行能力、扩展了村民的现实可行能力。在恢复乡村社会人际关系的同时,也改变了村庄的社会关系基础。在这个过程中,作为村民个体的主体性逐渐建构起来,消除了可行能力视角下的贫困。最后对贫困村治理动力来源及其如何维持脱贫效力、通过外力改变村庄活力的行为方式普遍化等问题进行了探讨。Borrowing the concept of the feasible ability of Amartya Sen,this article describes a poor village under the guidance of the General Secretary(Diyi Shuji)has shaped the village social order through the forms of enlivening the village life,organizing the villagers to participate in the village public affairs,etc.,activates the potential feasible ability of villagers and expands the practical feasible ability of villagers.While restoring the interpersonal relationship in rural society,he also changes the foundation of the social relationship in the village.In this process,the villagers as an individual subjectivity have gradually been built up,while the viability of the perspective of poverty has been eliminated.Finally,the article discusses the power source of the poor village governance,how to maintain the effectiveness of poverty eradication,and how to change the vitality of the village through external forces.
