锦灯笼对于PM_(2.5)非暴露式气管滴注建立小鼠模型的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察锦灯笼水提液对于PM_(2.5)非暴露气管滴注小鼠模型的治疗作用。方法利用非暴露气管滴注的方法建立PM_(2.5)小鼠模型,采用不同浓度的锦灯笼水提液灌胃治疗,以地塞米松为阳性对照药物,分组治疗后观察小鼠肺部组织HE染色切片,白细胞计数及血常规检测结果,血清及肺部组织的炎性因子表达水平。结果PM_(2.5)非暴露滴注造成小鼠肺部炎性浸润,生理结构改变,白细胞计数结果显示肺部炎症,血清及肺部组织中的炎性因子升高;锦灯笼水提液可以减轻PM_(2.5)造成的肺部炎症,改善其生理结构,使白细胞计数回复正常,降低血清及肺部炎性因子的水平。结论锦灯笼水提液可以降低PM_(2.5)造成的小鼠肺部炎症,改善小鼠肺部因PM2.5所受的损伤。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of water extract from Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus(PCSF)on the mouse model of PM_(2.5) non-exposed tracheal instillation method.Methods The PM_(2.5) mouse model is established by non-exposed tracheal instillation method.Different concentrations of water extract from PCSF are used for gavage treatment,and Dexamethasone is used as the positive control drug.After group treatment,HE staining sections of lung tissues of mice are observed,white blood cell count and blood routine test results are observed,and the expression levels of inflammatory factors in serum and lung tissues are also observed.Results PM_(2.5) caused inflammatory infiltration in mouse lungs and physiological structure changed.The white blood cell count show lung inflammation,and elevat levels of inflammatory factors in serum and lung tissue.Water extract from PCSF reduce lung inflammation which caused by PM_(2.5),and improve its physiological structure.It also restore the white blood cell count results to the normal,and reduce serum and lung inflammatory factors.Conclusion The water extract of PCSF can reduce the lung inflammation which caused by PM_(2.5),and improve the lung injury in mice.
