摘  要:核电机组由模拟控制系统向数字化控制系统改造的过程中,需要经过验证来保证改造的安全性和有效性。现有的开环测试方法,无法对需要闭环验证的系统或功能进行试验,补充基于现场调试方法设计的闭环控制系统的相关测试,可实现部分调试试验前移,缩短调试时间。稳压器是核电厂的重要设备,在核电厂稳压器控制系统的升级改造过程中,通过搭建数字化控制系统(DCS)与工艺仿真系统的闭环验证平台,可达到全范围验证的效果。以某核电项目某机组仪控系统改造为背景,在其稳压器控制系统改造中通过验证平台实现了稳压器控制策略和响应特性的闭环验证,测试范围包括稳态和瞬态工况,均获得了较好的验证效果。In the process of transformation from analog control system to digital control system,a validated process is needed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the transformation.The Open-loop test method could not meet the system or function that needs closed-loop test requirement.Supplementing the relevant tests of the closed-loop control system designed based on the onsite commissioning method can realize the forward movement of some commissioning tests and shorten the commissioning time.Pressurizer is an important equipment in nuclear power plants.In the upgrade and transformation of the pressurizer control system,the closed-loop structure of the digital control system(DCS)and process model achieve the full range of verification effect to form a verification platform.In this paper,the instrument control system of a unit of a nuclear power project is taken as the background,and the verification platform is introduced into the pressurizer control system.The closed-loop verification for the pressurizer system control strategy and response characteristics is completed.
