摘　　要：随着科技的发展以及人力成本不断增加,工业生产过程越来越多地依赖于各种非标自动化设备,而非标自动化设备的大量投入使用在给企业带来切实经济效益的同时,也带来了新的问题——如何安全平稳地做好非标自动化设备的运行管理与维护;另外,对于非标自动化设备的开发者而言,如何快速高效地开发出高水平的非标自动化设备也成了一个必须考虑的问题,于是系统的标准化便成了一个很值得研究的课题。With the development of science and technology and the continuous increase of labor costs,industrial production processes rely more and more on various non-standard automation equipment.The large-scale use of non-standard automation equipment brings tangible economic benefits to enterprises.It also brings new problems-how to do a safe and stable operation management and maintenance of non-standard automation equipment:in addition,for manufacturers of non-standard automation equipment,how to quickly and efficiently develop a high level of non-standard automation equipment has also become an issue that must be considered.So the standardization of the system has become a subject worth studying.
