摘　　要：本文从介绍电信运营商内各单位公文系统的现状和集中化背景入手,探讨公文集中化系统建设的必要性。文中详细从公文集中化业务和技术两方面进行可行性探讨,并重点介绍了公文业务支撑模式、VIP用户服务保障方案、公文应用动态部署与扩展、高可用容灾技术和国产化等多方面探讨公文集中化的可行性方案。This paper introduces the current situation and centralized background of the document system of each company in the telecom operators,and discusses the necessity of the construction of the document centralized system.This paper discusses the feasibility of document centralization from two aspects of business and technology,and focuses on the document business support mode,VIP user service guarantee scheme,document application dynamic deployment and expansion,high availability disaster recovery technology and localization.
