摘 要:对双柏县丫口村发现的一野姜,用原位显微拉曼光谱技术直接获取油细胞拉曼光谱,在实验室已经建立的姜科植物油细胞拉曼光谱库中检索,其与采于马关县的野生襄荷的匹配度为94.17%,再加上该野姜的果实照片,可确定该野姜为野生襄荷。对其油细胞拉曼光谱的研究表明,油细胞中的主要挥发物为香茅醛、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、4-萜烯醇、β-榄香烯。野生襄荷为药食两用食材,对其开发利用提出了建议。A wild ginger was found and its oil cells were studied by Raman.The Raman spectrum obtained in our laboratory was searched against the Raman spectrum library of the Zingiberaceae oil cells and the matching degree was found to be 94.17%with that of wild Zingiber mioga Rosce collected in Maguan County.Taking into consideration the picture of the wild ginger,it can be concluded that the wild ginger was wild Zingiber mioga Rosce.Its oil cells were studied with Raman spectroscopy and it has been found that the main volatiles in the oil cells of Zingiber mioga Rosce wereβ-Pinene,Limonene,terpinen-4-ol andβ-elemene.As wild Zingiber mioga Rosce is both edible and medicinal,practical suggestions for its development and utilization are accordingly made by the authors.
