摘　　要：构建全过程工程咨询项目的控制体系,以探究全过程工程咨询项目组织不同层级的委托代理关系所需要匹配的控制类型及控制方式。其中,全咨项目专业服务交易层面的控制包括业主对全咨团队的合同控制和信任控制、咨询企业对全咨团队的会计控制和文化控制、全咨团队内部的专业人士控制。全咨项目任务实施层面的控制包括业主授权下全咨团队对承包人的行为控制、产出控制以及沟通协调控制。This paper constructs the control system of life cycle engineering consulting project to explore the control type and control model that the different levels of principal-agent relationship of life cycle engineering consulting project organization need to match.Among them,the control of professional service transaction of life cycle engineering consulting project includes the contract control and trust control of the owner to the life cycle engineering consulting team,the accounting control and cultural control of consulting enterprise to the life cycle engineering consulting team,and the professional control within the life cycle engineering consulting team.The control of life cycle engineering consulting project task implementation level includes the behavior control,output control and communication and coordination control of the general consulting team under the authorization of the owner.
