摘　　要：介绍了三菱公司的PLC在老设备上的改造应用以及瓦轴集团汽车轴承分公司自主对老设备进行电气方面升级的做法和经验,给出了电气方面软、硬件的设计。设备经改造后使用效果良好,为同类设备的改造提供一定参考。It introduces the improvement and application of Mitsubishi PLC in the old equipment,and the practice and experience of electrical upgrading of the old equipment by Automotive Bearing Branch of ZWZ,and gives the electrical design of software and hardware.The results show that the equipment has a good effect after improvement,which also provides a reference for the transformation of similar equipment.
