摘  要:对于轻型车来说,柴油机排温相对较低且在欧六及更高排放法规中有冷启动循环要求,而目前欧VI标准的后处理系统中,尿素起喷温度一般不低于180℃,选择性催化还原(SCR)的高效转化温度也高于200℃,造成了冷启动阶段的NOx排放超标。冷启动催化剂(DCSC,DOC Cold Start Catalyst)可在低温下吸附NOx,使得冷启动阶段的排放满足要求。目前DCSC技术处于研发阶段,通过试验对2种DCSC催化剂性能进行对比,为解决柴油机冷启动排放难题及低温循环NOx排放难题提供了参考依据。As for light duty diesel engine,the discharge temperature is lower and has to meet cold-start regulation.In E6 aftertreatment system,urea dosing release temperature is at least higher than 180℃,and SCR high efficient temperature window is beyond 200℃,which makes NOx emission in the cold start period is beyond limits.DCSC catalyst,known as DOC cold start catalyst,can adsorb NOx at low temperature and release at certain high temperature.DCSC catalyst is still on research,2 different kinds of DCSC catalysts are tested to figure out the performance of this new technology and to get a good solution to control cold start NOx emission.
