摘　　要：以长江文化为重要源头的中华文化是国家发展和民族复兴的决定性因素,武汉段长江文化是长江文化带的中部明珠,也是长江文化带的中流砥柱和重要支撑。武汉的人文历史、资源禀赋、地理环境、区位交通等因素,孕育出长江文化带武汉段自强不息、敢为人先、开放包容、热情奔放的文化特征。依托长江,发展长江文化,打造长江文明地标,是武汉发挥长江经济带核心引领作用、履行国家中心城市职能、带动中部地区高质量发展的必由之路。通过统分联合、虚实结合、城乡融合、文水业协同,讲好"一城一水一文"的故事,助力武汉实现从国家中心城市向世界亮点城市的跨越。The Chinese culture,with the Yangtze River culture as an important source,is a determining factor for national development and rejuvenation.The Wuhan section of the Yangtze River culture is a pearl in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River culture belt,the mainstay and significant support of the Yangtze River culture belt.Wuhan’s culture and history,resource endowment,geographic circumstance,and regional transportation have cultivated the features of the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River culture belt to be perseverant,pioneering,open and inclusive,and enthusiastic.To rely on the Yangtze River,develop the Y angtze River culture and establish Yangtze River culture landmarks is the necessary path for Wuhan to take the leadership as the core of the Y angtze River Economic Belt,to perform the function as a national central city,and to bring the central area of China onto the track of high-quality development.By way of the combination of centralization and decentralization,virtual-real synthesis,urban-rural integration,and the synergy of culture and water-related industries,Wuhan should tell the stories about the"city,water,and culture,"which can help the city to transform from a national central city to a global highlight city.
