摘　　要：本文介绍了一款国内自主研发的粉末X-ray衍射数据分析处理软件包——TopMINI。文中主要介绍了该软件包的基本功能和技术路线,并展示了三相混合实验数据的分析测试结果。分析测试结果显示:TopMINI基本实现了最初的研制目标,物相定量分析精度基本达到目前国外主流XRD分析软件水平。该软件包完全由国内自主研发,因此拥有全部自主知识产权。该软件包可以为今后国内粉末衍射仪硬件厂商配套使用。A new powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)package,TopMINI,was developed in this work.This package was written with Visual Basic 6.0 language and ran under MS WindowsXP/Win7/Win10 operation system.It contains three main modules:the data collection module,the qualitative analysis module,and the quantitative analysis module.The TopMINI could read the ICDD PDF2.0 data file with the SQLite database.Based on the analysis results of some sets of simulation data and a set of experimental data,it shows that the TopMINI package is accurate and quite reliable.In the next step,the TopMINI package will be used as the main control program in a new type of powder X-ray diffractometry.
