摘　　要：通过对图书馆疫情应急信息服务现状的分析,指出其存在的不足,建议图书馆在保证常规信息服务开展的基础上,把握疫情应急信息服务的重点与"急点",深入参与危机应对中出现的虚假信息甄别,助力提升公众健康信息素养,疏导和缓解民众不必要的恐慌心理和情绪,为应对突发公共卫生事件提供更多精准、优质的信息支持和保障。This article analyzed the current situation of epidemic emergency information service in libraries and pointed out its drawbacks.It is suggested that libraries should grasp the focus and“urgent point”of epidemic emergency information service on the basis of ensuring the development of routine information service through deeply involved in the false information screening of crisis events,helping to improve the public health information literacy,channeling and relieving the public’s unnecessary panic feelings and emotions,so as to provide more accurate and high-quality information support and guarantee for the response to public health emergencies.
