摘  要:本文以青海省某近零能耗居住建筑为研究对象,基于TRNSYS软件构建了太阳能蓄热与新风预热耦合供暖仿真模拟系统。将MAR(mass area ratio,kg/m^2)作为核心分析指标,通过设定15种工况,对太阳能蓄热与新风预热耦合供暖系统的蓄热特性进行分析。通过对太阳能保证率、全生命周期增量成本投资回收期和初投资增量成本投资回收期等指标分析,对MAR指标进行优化,提出适用于严寒地区近零能耗居住建筑的太阳能蓄热与新风预热耦合供暖系统的MAR建议取值为60~100kg/m^2。Focused on a nearly-zero energy residential building in Qinghai Province,a TRNSYS simulation model was built to analyze the solar thermal storage and outdoor air pre-heating coupled system.By using the Mass Area Ratio(MAR)as a key index,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the solar thermal storage and outdoor air pre-heating coupled system in 15 working conditions.The index of MAR was optimized based on the indices of solar fractions,payback period separately for incremental cost of the whole life cycle and initial investment.The best intervals of MAR were 60~100kg/m2 which were suggested to be used in the design of nearly zero residential buildings in severe cold area.
