摘  要:目的:对CT及MRI在颈椎间孔的三维测量数据进行分析,提高对颈椎间孔的测量准确性,为颈椎间孔狭窄的治疗提供数据参考。方法:选择2016年9月-2020年1月在我院颈椎正常人员的CT图像100例及MRI图像50例,对双侧椎间孔的纵径、横径、面积进行测量,对于测量结果采用配对样本t检验。结果:1、对各测量者之间的颈椎间孔数据对照显示存在较高一致性(ICC>0.9)。2、CT及MRI在C2/3~C6/7椎间孔纵径、横径及椎间孔面积的变化对照显示存在较高的一致性(ICC>0.9)。3、C2/3~C6/7椎间孔面积的测量结果显示MRI测量值均小于CT测量值,两者间差异由统计学意义(P<0.05),且各测量结果之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT及MRI在对颈椎间孔测量的差异,是因为CT对椎间孔周围软组织无法精确识别造成的,MRI测量结果较CT更为准确。Objective:To analyze the three-dimensional measurement data of cervical foramina by CT and MRI, improve the measurement accuracy of cervical foramina, and provide data reference for the treatment of cervical foraminal stenosis.Methods:100 cases of CT images and 50 cases of MRI images of normal cervical vertebrae in our hospital from September 2016 to January 2020 were selected to measure the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and area of bilateral intervertebral foramen. The paired sample t test was used for the measurement results.Results:1. The comparison of cervical foramen data between the surveyors showed a high consistency(ICC>0.9). 2. The changes of CT and MRI in C2/3~C6/7 intervertebral foraminal diameter, anteroposterior diameter, and intervertebral foraminal area showed a high consistency(ICC>0.9). 3. The C2/3~C6/7 intervertebral foramen area measurement results showed that the MRI measurements were smaller than the CT measurements. The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the differences between the measurements were statistically significant. Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference between CT and MRI in the measurement of cervical intervertebral foramen is due to the inability of CT to accurately identify the soft tissue around the intervertebral foramen. MRI measurement results are more accurate than CT.
