摘　　要：《管子》是记录管仲及其学派思想和言论的著作,因年代久远,文献错漏较多,历来被学界认为难读。郭沫若《管子集校》综合整理了前人对《管子》的研究成果,同时加入自己的考证,其“沫若案”中的训诂严谨而详尽,从内容看可分为考证和校勘两大类。Guanzi is a work recording the thoughts and speeches of Guan Zhong and his school.Because of its long history,there are many errors and omissions in the literature,and it has always been regarded as difficult to read by the academic circles.Guo Moruo's Guanzi Jijiao summarizes the previous research results of Guanzi and adds his own textual research.The exegesis in the“Moruo Case”is rigorous and detailed,and can be divided into two categories:textual research and collation.
