摘  要:为了提高Cr12MoV模具钢电火花线切割半精加工的表面质量和加工效率,采用在气、液双介质中进行第2次切割(半精加工)加工试验,并且与在液体介质、气体介质中的加工效果进行比较。研究结果表明,在小脉冲宽度、小峰值电流、进给速度为150μm/s、切削深度为30μm、液膜厚度为4μm以及运丝速度为5 m/s的加工条件下,在气液双介质中可以一次切割完成半精加工,加工的表面质量与在气体介质中加工的表面质量相近,明显优于在液体介质中加工的表面质量;加工效率明显高于液体介质与气体介质中的加工效率。In order to improve the surface quality and machining efficiency of semi-finishing machining of Cr12MoV die steel by Wire-cut Electrical Discharge Machining(WEDM),the second cutting(semi-finishing machining)experiment was carried out in gas-liquid dual media,and compared with which in liquid and gas media.The results show that under the conditions of small pulse width,small peak current,feed speed of 150μm/s,cutting depth of 30μm,thickness of liquid film of 4μm and wire conveying speed of 5 m/s,the semi-finishing machining can be finished in gas-liquid dual media at one time.The surface quality is similar to which in gas media and obviously better than which in liquid media.The processing efficiency is significantly higher than which in liquid or gas media.
