摘  要:为了提高不锈钢电加热管退火制程的产品质量,在对原退火炉进行的升级改造中,采用红外测温传感器构造了温度冗余检测结构,提高了温度测量的稳定性及精度;开发了专家经验知识库,研究了采用西门子WinCC软件实现专家经验知识的存储、提取和调用方法,在此基础上构建了以温度偏差及温度偏差变化率为输入参数的模糊控制器,通过模糊推理,实时地将专家经验知识量化为精确的PLC控制信号,实现了退火温度的智能调节。通过不同型号管件的测试结果表明,改造后的设备温度调节速度快,控制精度高,产品合格率得到有效提升。In order to improve the products quality of stainless steel electric heating pipes,in the upgrading of the original annealing furnace,the redundant temperature detection structure was constructed by using infrared temperature sensors,which improves the stability and accuracy of temperature measurement.The expert experience knowledge base was developed,and the method of storing,extracting and calling expert experience knowledge with Siemens WinCC software was studied.On this basis,a fuzzy controller with temperature deviation and change rate of temperature deviation as input parameters was constructed.Through fuzzy reasoning,the expert experience knowledge was changed into accurate PLC control signals in real time,and the intelligent regulation of annealing temperature was realized.The test results of different types of pipe fittings show that the temperature regulation speed of the modified equipment is fast,the control accuracy is high,and the product qualification rate is effectively improved.
