摘 要:针对磁铁矿阶段磨矿-单一磁选工艺流程长、效率低、能耗大等问题,研究采用粗细分选磁-重-磁(浮)联合选矿工艺处理弓选厂贫磁铁矿,实现了阶段拿精,早抛早收;减少一段磨矿,放粗精矿粒度,减少了单体解离铁矿物的过磨;简化工艺流程、改善技术指标、降低选矿成本,实现了选矿工艺的短流程和高效化。As for the problems of long process flow,low efficiency and large energy consumption of magnetite in stage grinding-single magnetic separation,the combined mineral processing of coarse and fine separation,magnetic separation-gravity separation-magnetic separation(flotation)is studied to process the lean magnetite of Gongchangling Concentration Plant,therefore the concentrate can be obtained in stages,and the tailings can be discarded and the concentrate can be recovered as early as possible;the primary grinding can be reduced,the concentrate particle size can be coarsened,and the over-grinding of monomer dissociated iron minerals can be decreased;simplify the process flow,improve the technical indicators,and reduce the cost of concentration.The short flow and high efficiency of the concentration process are realized.
