补热气体烧嘴在球团链箅机上的改造应用

摘　　要：河北钢铁集团邯郸分公司链箅机-回转窑球团系统为200万t/a生产线,因需生产自熔性球团,同时需要提高红矿比例,链箅机预热Ⅱ段温度需达到1 050~1 100℃,预热I段温度需达到900℃的热工要求^([1])。为达到链箅机预热Ⅱ段烟罩温度要求,有效提高入窑生球强度,减少入窑球内粉末,现通过在窑尾和链箅机侧墙加装补热气体烧嘴。2019年12月投入使用后,火焰形状适合链箅机工况,长度适宜,气体与助燃空气混合充分燃烧完全,控制温升更加方便易行,链箅机烟罩温度场分布均匀,达到理想改造效果。The grate-rotary kiln pellet system of Handan branch of Hebei Iron and Steel Group is a 2 million t/a production line.In order to produce self fluxing pellet,and increase hematite proportion,the temperature of preheating section II of grate should reach 1050~1100℃,and the temperature of preheating section I should reach 900℃as required by thermal system.In order to meet temperature requirements of flue hood in grate preheating section II,effectively improve green ball strength into the kiln and reduce the powder into kiln,the supplementary heat gas burner is installed at kiln tail and grate side wall.After it is put into use in December 2019,the flame shape is suitable for grate working condition,the flame length is appropriate,the gas and combustion supporting air is mixing sufficiently and the combustion is complete,so it is more convenient to control temperature rise,and the temperature field distribution of grate hood is uniform,which achieves the ideal improvement effect.
