摘  要:结合某选矿厂磨矿仓储存矿料粒度小和含水率高等性质,分析了矿仓堵塞的原因和主要形式,介绍了常用的助流清堵方式的工作原理、优缺点和应用效果,提出采用空气炮来解决该磨矿仓的堵塞问题,通过分析矿料堆积产生的危害和影响,确定了矿仓堵塞的形式、空气炮的型号选择和安装位置,有效解决了磨矿仓的堵塞难题,保证了矿山的安全生产和经济效益,为其他矿山正常运行提供了参考依据。In combination with the properties of small particle size and high water content of the ore material stored in the grinding bin of a beneficiation plant,this paper analyzes the causes and main forms of ore bin blockage,introduces the working principle,advantages and disadvantages and application effects of the commonly used flowing-aided and blockage-removed methods,and proposes that air cannon should be used to solve the blockage problem of the grinding bin.Through analyzing the harm and influence of ore material accumulation,the form of ore bin blockage,the type selection and installation position of air cannon are determined,to effectively solve the blockage problem of ore grinding bin,ensure the safe production and economic benefits of the mine,and provide a reference basis for the normal operation of other mines.
