摘  要:庙沟铁矿高压配电室建于1994年,属于传统高压配电室,配电柜采用传统继电器保护,传统继电器存在动作灵敏度低,查询故障比较繁琐等缺陷,经常发生严重故障才保护动作,对生产带来一定的影响,安全系数较低。高压配电室没有安装监控和安防设备,需要时刻有人值守巡检,造成人力资源浪费,电站值班人员每班都要对每条线路的电量进行人工统计,需要去现场操作,工作量较大且容易出错,值班人员去现场存在触电的危险。针对传统高压室诸多的不足,对庙沟铁矿高压变电室进行改造,通过增加综保后台、监控系统和和通信管理系统等,实现自动化无人值守。The high-voltage power distribution room of Miaogou Iron Mine was built in 1994.It belongs to the traditional high-voltage power distribution room.The power distribution cabinet is protected by the traditional relay,which has the defects of low action sensitivity and complicated fault inquiry.Serious faults often occur before protection actions occur,which brings certain influence to production and low safety factor.The high-voltage power distribution room is not provided with monitoring and security equipment,it shall be attended and patrolled at all times,resulting in waste of human resources.The personnel on duty of the power station have to make manual statistics on the electricity quantity of each line in each shift,and need to go to the site for operation,so their workload is heavy and it is easy for them to make mistakes,and they are in danger of electric shock when going to the site.In view of many shortcomings of the traditional high-voltage room,the high-voltage substation room in Miaogou Iron Mine was reformed to realize automatic unattended operation by adding comprehensive protection background,monitoring system and communication management system.
