摘 要:山东电网是典型的特高压交直流混联大电网,同时也是典型的多馈入直流输电系统,为了应对此复杂工况,提出以通过优化后备保护定值的方式来防止主保护拒动时造成多条直流连续换相失败,进而避免引发多直流闭锁从而导致电网崩溃。针对距离后备保护段配合原则与零序后备保护段配合原则开展仿真分析,仿真结果表明,直流落点的接入并不会给交流继电保护后备段的配合带来新的问题,距离后备段采用简化整定原则后,当某一线路主保护全部失去时,该线路故障可能造成上一级线路距离Ⅱ段和本级线路距离Ⅱ段同时满足动作条件,由于延时一样,可能出现配合问题,需对此类情况的配合进行校核。Shandong power grid is a typical UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid and a typical multi infeed DC transmission system.In order to cope with the complex working conditions,a method to deal with the main protection failure by optimizing the setting value of backup protection was proposed by this paper,so as to prevent the multi DC blocking caused by the continuous commutation failure of multiple HVDC,which may lead to the grid collapse.The co-operative principle of distance backup protection section and zero sequence backup protection section were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that HVDC does not bring new problems to the coordination of backup section of AC relay protection.After the simplified setting principle is adopted for the distance backup section,when the main protection of a line is lost,the fault of the line may cause the operation conditions to be satisfied at the same time for the distance sectionⅡof the upper line and the distance section II of the same level line.Due to the same time delay,there may be coordination problems,so the coordination in such condition should to be checked.
