摘 要:燃煤火电厂普遍采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术,而石膏含水率偏高是湿法脱硫装置经常性存在的问题。以某电厂湿法脱硫石膏含水率严重超标现象为案例,通过对脱硫系统设备状况、入口烟气成分、浆液品质以及运行控制等影响石膏含水率的主要因素进行排查分析,其主要原因在于脱硫浆液亚硫酸根含量、p H值和密度值控制偏高,再加上浆液搅拌器发生故障无法投运造成一级塔浆液强制氧化效果偏差,综合导致了石膏脱水困难,其含水率偏高。针对上述发现的问题采取有效的解决措施,最终使石膏含水率降低到合格范围内,并对今后的运行管理提出一些合理建议和优化措施。At present,limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology is widely used in coal-fired power plants,the excessive moisture content of gypsum is a common problem in wet desulfurization equipment.Based on the phenomenon of the excessive moisture content of gypsum in an coal-fired power plant desulfurization system,the investigation and analysis on equipment performance of desulfurization system,inlet flue gas composition,gypsum slurry quality and operation control which mainly affect the moisture content of gypsum were carried out one by one.The major reason include that sulfite content,pH value and density of gypsum slurry was higher than normal,in combination with the badly oxidation effect of slurry in first class tower caused by agitator failure,which together contribute to the gypsum dehydration difficulty and excessive moisture content of gypsum.Effective measures were taken to solve those problemswhich reduced the moisture content of gypsum to the acceptable range of running control,and some reasonable suggestions and optimization measures of future operation management were put forward.
