摘 要:采用化学还原法制备了一系列Ni-P非晶态合金,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对其物理化学性质进行表征。在香草醛的加氢脱氧(HDO)反应中研究催化剂制备条件和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,以NiCl_2·6H_2O为镍源,KBH4为诱导剂,pH=9.0条件下制备的Ni-P非晶态合金分散性较好,颗粒粒径均匀。在香草醛HDO反应中,优化的反应条件下:催化剂用量0.05g,H_2压力2.0MPa,反应温度150℃,反应时间180min,香草醛的转化率达到100%,产物2-甲氧基-4-甲基苯酚(MMP)的选择性达到60.4%。A series of Ni-P amorphous alloys were prepared by chemical reduction method,and its physical and chemical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other methods.In the hydrodeoxygenation(HDO)reaction of vanillin,the effects of catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the performance of the catalyst were studied.The results showed that the Ni-P amorphous alloy prepared with NiCl2·6H2O as the nickel source,KBH4 as the reducing agent,and pH=9.0,which with good dispersion,uniform particle size.In the HDO reaction of vanillin,under the optimal reaction conditions:catalyst dosage 0.05 g,H2 pressure 2.0 MPa,reaction temperature 150℃,reaction time 180 min,the conversion of vanillin reached 100%,and the selectivity of the product 2-methoxy-4-methylphenol(MMP)reached 60.4%.
