煤矿“一通三防”的安全管理现状与风险规避对策

摘　　要：我国的煤矿行业取得突出的进步,在煤矿的安全管理方面,"一通三防"的管理形式起到重要的作用。煤矿的安全生产直接和员工的生命安全密切联系,直接影响到社会和国家的稳定发展。煤矿的安全管理阶段,"一通三防"起到突出的作用,在本次研究中简单分析了"一通三防"的内容,对当前"一通三防"的安全管理现状研究,同时结合实际情况探究"一通三防"的具体防范对策。The coal industry in China has made outstanding progress.In the aspect of coal mine safety management,the management form of"one ventilation and three preventions"has played an important role.Safety production in coal mines is directly related to the safety of employees,which directly affects the stable development of society and the country.In the stage of safety management in coal mine,"one ventilation and three preventions"plays a prominent role.In this study,the contents of"one ventilation and three preventions"are simply analyzed,the current safety management status of"one ventilation and three preventions"is studied,and the specific preventive measures of"one ventilation and three preventions"are explored in combination with the actual situation.
