摘　　要：基于某公司柴油管道调合与罐调的混合方式,提出了用近红外分析仪对调合组分油和成品柴油的属性进行测量,测量数据可以用于监测并优化调合,实现管道在线调合,调合成功率高,质量控制稳定。Based on the mixing mode of diesel pipeline blending and tank blending in a company,a near infrared analyzer is proposed to measure the properties of blended component oil and finished diesel oil.The measured data can be used to monitor and optimize blending,and realize on-line blending of pipelines with high blending success rate and stable quality control.
