摘  要:某煤矿综采面开采期间应用的液压支架操纵阀手把出现裸露问题,引发误动作,不利于开采工作的顺利进行。对此,工作人员在结合实际情况的基础上对此进行优化改进。通过现场调研增加了插销式闭锁,改进合页式闭锁。实际应用后,改进后的合页式闭锁装置具备良好的闭锁效果,解决了现场安全隐患,保证了操纵阀的整体性,实现了开采现场的精细化管理,为企业赢得了良好的经济与社会效益。The exposed handle of the operating valve of the hydraulic support applied in the fully mechanized mining face of a coal mine caused mis-operation,which was not conducive to the smooth progress of mining work.In this regard,the staff optimized and improved it based on the actual situation.Through on-the-spot investigation,bolt locking is adopted and hinge locking is improved.After practical application,the improved hinge locking device has good locking effect,solves the potential safety hazard on site,ensures the integrity of the control valve,realizes the fine management of the mining site,and wins good economic and social benefits for enterprises.
