摘　　要：在工业领域,极压剂拥有诸多用途。在对极压剂硫化异丁烯合成工艺及中间体硫氯化异丁烯生产问题展开分析的基础上,本文提出了连续化生产工艺,并对其生产流程进行了探讨。通过开展实验发现,采用连续法进行极压剂生产过程控制,能够通过改善中间体产率和品质使最终产品产量和质量得到提高,可以证实连续法相较于间歇法具有更大应用优势。In the industrial field,extreme pressure agents have many uses.On the basis of analyzing the synthesis process of extreme pressure agent sulfurized isobutylene and the production of intermediate sulfurized isobutylene,this paper puts forward a continuous production process and discusses its production process.Through experiments,it is found that the continuous method can improve the yield and quality of final products by improving the yield and quality of intermediates,which proves that the continuous method has greater application advantages than the batch method.
