摘　　要：本文介绍刘国安主任医师治疗心律失常临证经验。刘老认为,心律失常病机为本虚标实,以心气、心阳、心阴、心血虚为本,痰热、血瘀、气滞为标;论治分为痰热内扰、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚、心脾两虚、阴虚火旺、气滞血瘀6型,选方分别为黄连温胆汤、生脉散、炙甘草汤、归脾汤、天王补心丹、血府逐瘀汤加减,临床疗效较佳,值得借鉴。This article introduced the experience of director doctor Liu Guoan in treating arrhythmia.Director Liu believes that the pathogenesis of arrhythmia is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,which is based on deficiency of heart qi,heart yang,heart yin and blood as the origin,and phlegm heat,blood stasis and qi stagnation as the superficiality;the treatment is divided into six types:phlegm-heat internal disturbance,qi and yin deficiency,yin and yang deficiency,heart and spleen deficiency,yin deficiency and fire flourishing,qi stagnation and blood stasis;the selected prescription were modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Shengmai Powder,Zhigancao Decoction,Guipi Decoction,Tianwang Buxin Pills,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,with good clinical efficacy,which is worthy of reference.
