摘　　要：尿失禁是临床常见疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。对比现代医学治疗,中医治疗具有显著优势。本文通过对尿失禁病因病机、调理脾胃法源流,以及临床辨证分型治疗的体会结合案例进行阐释,以期为临床提供一定的启示。Urinary incontinence is a common clinical disease seriously worsening patients’quality of life.Compared with modern medicine,TCM has obvious advantages in treatment of urinary incontinence.This article explained through etiology and pathogenesis of urinary incontinence,the origin of regulating spleen-stomach method,and the experience of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment in combination with medical cases,in order to provide some inspiration for the clinic.
