摘  要:人为地增加热阻可以抑制制冷机冷头的温度波动。为了量化研究热阻与冷头温度波动在传递过程中的关系,基于G-M制冷机搭建了控温测温实验平台。通过改变SS304不锈钢热阻材料的规格和安装方式,并对冷头与目标区域的温度波动进行高频采样,获得了4~20 K温区冷头温度波动与热阻片厚度的拟合关系。给出了制冷机冷头波动量化抑制的建议方案。Increasing the thermal resistance can suppress the temperature fluctuation at the cold head of the cryocooler.In order to quantify the relationship between thermal resistance and cold head temperature fluctuation transfer effect,a temperature control test platform was built based on G-M cryocooler.By changing the specification and installation mode of the thermal damper,the temperature fluctuation of the cold head and the target copper block was measured at high frequency.The quantitative fitting relationship between the suppression effect of the temperature fluctuation and the thickness of the thermal damper was obtained.The suggestion for quantization suppression of cold head fluctuation are given.
