摘　　要：90度钢丝帘布裁断机,是用来在规定的宽度下,以90度角裁切未硫化的钢丝帘布,最后通过卷取装置卷成需要长度的帘布卷。同时,可对拼接后的钢丝帘布进行贴合子口包胶及包边等操作,从而形成一条钢丝帘布裁断与拼接的自动生产线。本文介绍了对直裁机的动作优化和提升产能进行的改造。The 90-degree steel cord cutting machine is used to cut unvulcanized steel cord at a 90-degree angle under a specified width,and finally rolled into a cord roll of the required length by a winding device.At the same time,various operations can be performed on the spliced steel cords to form an automatic production line for cutting and splicing steel cords.This article introduces the transformation of the straight cutting machine to optimize the action and increase the production capacity.
