摘　　要：本文简要介绍了成型机设备在成型过程中,各部件装置对轮胎质量的影响,以及针对相关影响,对成型机设备日常管理和维护保养工作,包含日常点检、预防性维修、精度校验等相关事项。This article briefly introduces the influence of various components on tire quality during the building process of the building machine.In response to related impacts,the daily management and maintenance of the molding machine was introduced,including daily inspection,preventive maintenance,accuracy verification and other related matters.
