摘  要:由于涡旋压缩机的内部结构,利用常规实验测量的方法来获得涡旋压缩机工作时的瞬时流场信息十分困难。基于Fluent的动网格技术完成了三维涡旋压缩机压力腔内瞬态流场仿真,得到了各个转角位置的温度、压力变化过程以及生动丰富的瞬时流场信息,为涡旋压缩机的优化设计提供了理论参考。Due to the internal structure of the scroll compressor,it is difficult to obtain the instantaneous flow field information of the scroll compressor when the scroll compressor is operated using a conventional experimental measurement method.Based on the Fluent dynamic grid technology,the transient flow field simulation in the pressure cavity of the three-dimensional scroll compressor was completed,and the temperature,pressure change process and vivid and rich instantaneous flow field information at each corner were obtained.It provides a theoretical reference for optimal design of scroll compressor.
