绿豆不同生长时期理化指标变化与产量的关系

摘  要:为探索绿豆不同时期理化指标变化与产量之间的关系,找到简便、快捷的预估品种产量能力及抗逆性,缩减育种周期的方法,以4个绿豆品种为材料,在相同的栽培条件下,采集不同时期的叶片和根系测定超氧阴离子(O2^-)产生速率、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脱落酸(ABA)含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、光合速率和根系活跃吸收面积,并在成熟后测定产量,研究各时期理化指标的变化规律及与产量的关系。结果表明:O2^-产生速率、脯氨酸含量、根系活跃吸收面积在苗期最高,相对电导率、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、光合速率在花期最高,MDA含量、SOD活性、POD活性、ABA含量、可溶性糖含量在成熟期最高。绿豆产量和苗期理化指标回归方程为Y=2314.44-11.71X 3-0.14X 6(Y-产量,X3-MDA含量,X 6-ABA含量);绿豆产量和花期理化指标回归方程为Y=107.22+149.28X 7+1111.75X10(X7-可溶性糖含量,X 10-类胡萝卜素含量);绿豆产量和成熟期理化指标回归方程为Y=1701.74-0.31X 4-0.03X 6(X 4-SOD活性)。考虑到试验周期及生育期间内的不确定性,建议采用花期回归方程预估绿豆产量。In order to explore the relationship between the physicochemical indexes and the yield of mung bean in the different periods,finding a simple and quick way to estimate the yield capacity and stress tolerance of varieties,and shorten the breeding cycle.Four mung bean varieties were used to measure the production rate of superoxide anion(O2^-),relative electrical conductivity,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity,ABA content,soluble sugar content,proline content,chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,photosynthetic rate and root activity in different periods,and the yield after maturity under the same cultivation conditions.The results showed that the production rate of superoxide anion(O2^-),proline content and root activity were the highest at the seedling stage,relative conductivity,chlorophyll content,carotenoid content and photosynthetic rate were the highest at the flowering period,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity,ABA content and soluble sugar content were the highest at the maturity stage.The regression equation of the yield and the physicochemical indexes at the seedling stage was Y=2314.44-11.71X 3-0.14X 6(Y:yield,X 3:MDA content,X 6:ABA content);the regression equation of the yield and the physicochemical indexes in flowering period was Y=107.22+149.28X 7+1111.75X 10(X 7:soluble sugar content,X 10:carotenoid content);the regression equation of the yield and the physicochemical indexes in maturity stage was Y=1701.74-0.31X 4-0.03X 6(X 6:SOD activity).Considering the uncertainty of experiment cycles and growth periods,it was suggested to use the regression equation of flowering period to estimate the yield of mung bean.
