摘  要:按功能划分,外挂装置电路板分为模拟板、数字板以及总线板3类。针对目前飞机外挂装置电路板测试流程烦琐、测试效率和测试精度较低等问题,为满足X系列飞机各型外挂装置快速测试与维修保障需要,从电路板故障诊断角度,基于自动测试设备(ATE),研制了一台外挂装置电路板故障诊断测试台。该测试台采用"工控机及其内嵌板卡+适配器箱自制板卡+程控部件+转接板+测试底板"分层架构,设计了测试台硬件平台,并基于VC++开发了相应综合测试软件。最后,针对各型电路板,对其功能进行实际测试,测试结果表明了其有效性。所做研究对于其他各型外挂装置电路板的诊断与测试具有借鉴意义与参考价值。According to the function division,the external device circuit board is divided into analog board,digital board and bus board.At present,the test process of the circuit board of the external plug-in device of the aircraft is complicated,and the test efficiency and accuracy are low.In order to meet the needs of fault diagnosis,maintenance support and comprehensive test for various types of plug-in device circuit board of X series aircraft,a comprehensive test bench for external plug-in device circuit board based on automatic test equipment(ATE)is developed.The test bench adopts the structure of"industrial computer+various program-controlled components+adapter backplane",builds the hardware platform of the comprehensive test bench,and develops the corresponding test software based on VC++.Finally,the function of a certain type of circuit board is tested,and the test results show its effectiveness.The research has reference significance and reference value for the diagnosis and test of other types of plug-in device circuit board.
