摘  要:采用珊瑚砂、空心玻璃微珠两种轻质材料等比例取代石英砂制备了超高性能混凝土(UHPC),并对其表观密度和力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:珊瑚砂经过预处理后可以取代石英砂制备UHPC,表观密度降低了10.5%;空心玻璃微珠取代10%的石英砂制备的UHPC表观密度降低了11.5%;将珊瑚砂与空心玻璃微珠复合作为骨料制备出的UHPC表观密度降低了20.2%。Lightweight ultra-high performance concrete was prepared by replacing the quartz sand with two kinds of lightweight materials:coral reef sand and hollow glass microsphere.The test results show that after pretreatment,coral reef sand can replace quartz sand to produce ultra-high performance concrete,and the bulk density is reduced by 10.5%.Hollow glass microspheres replace 10% quartz sand to produce ultra-high performance concrete,and the bulk density is reduced by 11.5%.At the same time,the combination of coral reef sand and hollow glass microsphere as aggregates can also be used to prepare ultra-high performance concrete,and the bulk density is reduced by 20.2%.
