摘  要:目的分析热应激对幼年雌性小鼠卵巢发育的影响。方法以3周龄幼年雌性ICR(Institute of Cancer Research,美国癌症研究所)小鼠为研究对象,随机分为热应激组和对照组进行饲养,在6周龄(青春期)、9周龄(性成熟)和12周龄(成年期)测量卵巢重及体重,利用石蜡切片HE染色方法统计各级卵泡数目,阴道涂片方法鉴定发情周期。结果热应激能够显著降低12周龄小鼠的体重(P<0.05)与卵巢重(P<0.05),对小鼠卵巢比重影响不显著(P>0.05)。受热应激影响,9周龄和12周龄小鼠次级卵泡的闭锁率显著提高(P<0.05),而小鼠发情周期变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论热应激可抑制小鼠的体重和卵巢重,提高次级卵泡的闭锁率,进而在一定程度上抑制小鼠的卵巢发育。Objective To analyze the effects of heat stress on ovarian development in female mice.Methods Three-week-old female ICR mice were randomly divided into the heat stress group and the control group.The ovarian weight and body weight were measured at the age of 6 weeks(puberty),the age of 9 weeks(sexual maturation),and the age of 12 weeks(adult).The number of follicles at each level was counted by paraffin section HE staining method,and the estrus cycle was identified by vaginal smear.Results The body weight and ovarian weight were significantly reduced by the heat stress in 12-week-old mice(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the ratio of ovarian weight(P>0.05).Under the influence of heat stress,the atresia rate of secondary follicles was significantly increased in 9-week-old and 12-week-old mice(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on the estrus cycle in mice(P>0.05).Conclusion Heat stress can inhibit the body weight and ovarian weight of mice,and increase the atresia rate of secondary follicles,and then inhibit the ovarian development of mice.
