摘　　要：文章以CNKI数据库中的相关文献为数据源,通过文献阅读法等对图书馆公共数字文化服务相关研究文献进行梳理,发现国内研究主要体现出"人、资源、技术、渠道、机制"五个因素特征,并总结了主要研究方向与特点,对未来提出研究展望:注重公共数字文化服务理论创新研究;强化公共数字文化服务定量分析及实证研究;探索公共数字文化服务模式对其他文化服务机构的适用性;加强多学科领域的合作研究。Based on the CNKI database,the author of this paper reviews documents of public digital cultural services in libraries.The paper finds out that researches of this field in China focus on talents,resources,techniques,channels and mechanisms.The paper also concludes the major research direction and features.It offers suggestions for the future development of the study:we should emphasize the theoretical innovation of this field,improve quantitative analysis and empirical research,work to find out whether the mode of public digital cultural services can be applied to other cultural institutes and enhance inter-discipline cooperation.
