机构知识库建设中的人文理想与学术交流秩序重构——基于技术社会建构论视角的分析

摘　　要：我国机构知识库发展迅速,但在多方战略协同方面存在明显短板,很容易使机构知识库建设方逐渐陷入孤军奋战的难以持续状态。机构知识库是对学术交流机制的变革,需要对学术交流领域的社会秩序进行重新建构。人文环境改造是机构知识库建设的重点和难点。文章强调了机构知识库建设的人文理想和社会化特征。运用技术社会建构论(SCOT)的分析框架和概念,剖析了机构知识库建设所涉及的社会各方关系及其对机构知识库建设的影响,列举了机构知识库建设在社会建构方面的举措,为机构知识库可持续发展提出了"五个坚持"的建设策略。Institutional repository is developing rapidly in China,but there are obvious shortcomings in the multiparty strategic coordination,which will lead IR builders to an unsustainable state of working behind a closed door.Institutional repository is transforming the academic communication mechanism,entailing the reconstruction of social order in the field of academic communication.The reconstruction of human environment is the key and the most difficult part of IR construction.This paper emphasizes the humanistic ideal and social characteristics of IR construction,and uses the framework and concepts of Social Construction of Technology(SCOT)to analyze the relationship of social groups involved in IR construction,and its impact on IR construction.At last,the measures of IR construction in social construction are listed,and five strategies for IR sustainable development are put forward.
