基于游客感知的乡村节庆活动旅游公共服务质量评价研究——以山西运城美丽乡村百花节为例

摘　　要：本文以运城市美丽乡村百花节为研究对象,采用因子分析法构建了乡村节庆活动旅游公共服务评价体系和评价模型;采用IPA分析法评价游客对百花节旅游公共服务质量的重要性及绩效表现的感知差异。结果表明:游客对“旅游环境与设施”满意度较高,其他因素均存在不同程度的问题,亟须改进,为旅游应急救援服务和旅游设施提供便利。最后根据分析结果探讨了乡村节庆活动旅游公共服务质量提升的举措。Taking the Beautiful Country Flower Festival in Yuncheng as a subject,the evaluation system and model of Rural Festival Tourism Public Service are constructed by factor analysis method.The study finds the difference between perception and performance from tourists by using IPA.The results show that tourists have a high degree of satisfaction with the“tourism environment and facilities”,and other factors have different problems.What needs to be improved are the factors for emergency rescue services and tourism facilities.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the paper discusses the measures to improve the quality of tourism public services for rural festivals.
