摘  要:为深入研究三相五柱变压器在直流偏磁条件下的振动特性,首先基于激光多普勒效应,对取向硅钢片磁-弹耦合特性进行测量,获得磁致伸缩曲线。其次提出适用于大型三相电力变压器的直流偏磁实验方案,将两台变压器相并联,并在中性点引入直流激励,测量变压器励磁和振动特性。基于磁-机械场的耦合理论进行有限元仿真,得到三相变压器铁心磁场和振动位移分布规律,实验结果与仿真结果对比一致。基于计算结果,分析了直流偏磁对变压器铁心振动的影响规律。This paper studied the vibration characteristics of three-phase five-column transformer under DC bias.Firstly,based on the laser Doppler effect,we measured the magnetoelastic coupling characteristics of oriented silicon steel sheet,and obtained the magnetostrictive curve.Secondly,we proposed an DC bias experiment for large-scale three-phase power transformer in which two transformers were connected in parallel,and DC excitation was introduced into the neutral point to measure the excitation and vibration characteristics of the transformer.Based on the coupling theory of magnetic mechanical field,we carried out the finite element simulation,and obtained the distribution law of magnetic field and vibration displacement of three-phase transformer core.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.Based on the calculation results,the influence of DC bias on the vibration of transformer core is analyzed.
